We have been blessed! On Saturday April 28th, 2007 at 4:56am and 4:58am Sofia Raquel and Eva Carmen Maria were born!!!!! They weighed in respectively at 7 lbs. and 6 lbs. 1oz. It is the most amazing and most delightfully challenging experience. We obviously don't have much time for other things so I am quickly posting these pictures that I took and I promise to get more online very soon.

El sabado, 28 de abril del 2007 a las 4:56am y 4:58am nacieron Sofia Raquel y Eva Carmen Maria!!!! Pesaron 3.18 kilos y 2.77 kilos. Es una experiencia increible tenerlas con nosotros. Obviamente no tenemos mucho tiempo para otras cosas, asi que les escribo cortito yles enseno estas dos fotos. Prometo poner mas bien pronto. Los quiero mucho!!!

My Big Honey Bears!!!

We went for our ultrasound on Tuesday. It was to check the growth of these little girls. Well, they aren't so little. They are EACH 5 1/2 pounds!!! I am only 33 weeks and they are hoping I make it to 37 weeks. Wow, by this rate they will be close to 8 pounds each when they are born!!

Este martes fuimos a nuestro ultrasound. Era para chequiarle el peso de las nenas, y asegurar que estaban creciendo bien. Bueno, ya estamos seguros. Cada nena pesa 2.5 kilos!!! Solamente estoy en mi 33 semana de embarazo, asi que como van las cosas, pesaran cerca a 3.6 kilos cuando nascan!! Dios mio!!!

My Second Baby Shower!!!

On March18th, my mom and her friend Marlene Gutierrez (with the help of Martha Garron)threw me my second and final shower. Everything turned out so amazing and beautiful!! Rick and I have been very blessed with all the generous gifts our friends and family have given us. We are now ready for our little Honey Bears.

El 18 de marzo, mi Mama y su amiga Marlene Gutierrez, con la ayuda de Martha Garron, me prepararon mi segunda fiesta de regalos. Todo salio tan increible y hermoso!!! Todos nuetros amigos y familia nos han bendicido con tanta generosidad. Ya tenemos todo que necesitamos para la llegada de nuestras chancletitas!!!

My First Baby Shower!!!!

On March 4th, Lindsay threw me the first of my two baby showers. Everything, as expected, was put together so perfectly! Plus the food was delicious!!! All my friends were present, which made the day even better. Thank you!!!!

El 4 de marzo, mi amiga Lindsay me preparo una fiesta de regalos para mis nenas. Todo estaba perfecto, y como siempre delisioso!! Mas, todas mis amigas estaban presente, que hizo el dia bien especial!!!

Photo update

We went for an ultrsound this past Friday, and got to see how big the girls are getting. They are each 2 1/2 lbs. Our doctor tells us that they are big for twins!! Trust me I can feel it.

Este viernes fuimos para otro ultrasound, y vimos lo tanto que estan creciendo las nenas. Cada una pesa 1.13 kilos. La doctora nos dice que estan grandesitas para mellizas. No hay duda viendome la panzota que tengo!!!

My Growing Belly!

I can't believe that I am already half way through my pregnancy. It's gone by fast, yet I still feel like I have been pregnant forever. Here I am at 20 weeks, at Christmas time.

Las nenas estan creciendo bastante, y se nota en mi panza grande!! Aca les mando una foto de noche buena, donde estoy con 20 semanas de embarazo.

TWO LITTLE GIRLS!!!!!!!!

We had our big ultrsound appt today. And we found our that we are being blessed with two little girls!!! WOW!!! Here are their latest pictures, they sure are beautiful.

Babies' First Photos!--Las Primeras Fotitos!

Last Wednesday we went for an ultrasound, How exciting!!!! We got to see our little angels in action. Twin 1, who is the one on the bottom, was sleeping, and like his or her papa, likes it quiet. But Twin 2, the one on top, was dancing all over the place, just like his or her mama!!! Aren't they the cutest babies you've ever seen, we think so at least.

La semana pasada fuimos por un ultrasound. Pudimos ver a nuestros angelitos en accion!!! Mellizo1, el que esta abajo, estaba durmiendo, y como su Papa, le gusta el silencio. Pero mellizo 2, el de arriba, estaba bailando y moviendose por todo lado, como su Mama!!! Que emocion verlos a mis angelitos!! Son los bebes mas lindos del mundo!!

Let's start from the beginning

This is our first entry of many to come. Rick and I have been blessed with not only one, but TWO babies. The TWINS are due May16, 2007, but my doctor predicts they will probably make their entrance into this world late April. We have a lot of family and friends that do not live near us, but we want to be able to share our little angels with all of them. Thank goodness for the internet. We will keep you all up to date with pictures and stories. I'm sure we will have plenty. Stay tuned.... There's more to come!!

Esta es la primera vez que usamos esta pagina. Dios nos ha bendicido con dos bebes!!! Los mellizos naceran el 16 de mayo, 2007, pero mi doctora piensa que sera mas para fines de abril. Ricardo y yo tenemos bastante familia y amigos que no pueden estar cerca de nosotros, pero queremos poder compartir nuestros angelitos con todos ustedes. Por suerte existe el internet. Estaremos enviando fotos y cuentos todo el tiempo, hasta que todos puedan conocerlos a mis angelitos. Besitos a todos!!!
