Family Trip to the Dog Beach!!!

We went to the dog beach over the weekend. The boys love it there. And the girls love the cozy nap they take snuggled up with Mama and Papa.

We Love Bathtime!

One of my most favorite times of day is bathtime. The girls love to get a bath. They love the feeling of the spray on their bodies. It must feel like a little massage to them.

We are getting so big!

It is amazing how fast my little girls are growing. They seem to change everyday. They are both now cooing, and smiling. They will stare at you intensely with their big brown eyes. But their favorite thing to look at are the skylights in our bedroom. They could stare at those for hours.

Happy Father's Day!!

Sunday was Rick's first father's day. His girls wore special outfits that day, to make sure everybody knew how much they love their Papa. The girls and I are very lucky to have him in our lives.

My dad also celebrated his first father's day as a grandpa, or as the girls call him, Nono (Italian for grandpa). And as you can see both Nono and Abuelito (Rick's dad) are proud of their granddaughters.

Our Nona and Tia

Our Nona and Tia Marlene came to visit us yesterday. Our Tia bought us the most beautiful outfits and dresses, and our Nona also bought us a pair of cute outfits. We are very thankful!!!

One Month!

Monday was Eva and Sofia's one month birthday. I cannot believe that they have been with us for one month already. They aren't kidding when they say that time flies. The girls are growing so fast and are everyday developing their own personality. Eva is so alert, and curious. She is the most calm sleeper, and is pretty happy-go-lucky, unless she gets angry, then watch out. Sofia is always ready to EAT!!! She has a bottomless pit for stomach. She looks at you with this serious face letting you know she means business. Eva is long and thin, and Sofia is long and chubby!! But both are the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Rick and I are blessed, and we can't wait for the next several months when they start interacting with us more.

Meeting James Jr.

Today we all had lunch with Ally, Jamie, and James Jr. James was born two weeks after the girls and is as handsome as can be. Maybe one of the girls will one day date him!!! That is unless Papa has his say, in that case, no one will be dating. hehe!!

Friday was Lincoln's 4th birthday. Mama dressed us up in our angel white dresses to celebrate our brother's big day!!!

Lunch with Friends

Today Eva and Sofia got to meet their godsister, Caroline! And they also met my friend, Michelle, and her son Cayden. Lindsay, Michelle, and I have been friends since high school!!! Who would have thought that we would one day all be strolling with our children almost 14 years later. Pretty amazing!!
