On Saturday Jan. 9th, Rick and I threw Vanessa a surprise party to celebrate her 29th birthday and to say Good Luck and Farwell. She moved to Maryland on Tuesday Jan. 12th to be with her sweetie, Alfredo. It was quite a feat keeping this party a surprise. Vanessa decided two weeks before the party that she was going to throw herself a party at a club downtown. She invited almost everyone off of her Facebook page. Well, little did she know 30 of her closest friends were already going to be here, waiting to surprise her. With the help of a lot of little white lies, she was completely shocked when she walked in that Saturday night.
