The girls had a excellent birthday this year. Not only did they have their first friend party, they got to celebrate at preschool too.
On their actual birthday, April 28th, Rick and I took popsicles and a princess pinata to their class. The kids had so much fun hitting the pinata and even more fun collecting the goodies that fell from it (no candy though). Then they got to enjoy a yummy strawberry popsicle. Eva and Sofia had such a great day!
Then on the Sunday following their birthday, we had a friend party for them at "Explore and Much More". We had 20 kids attend! They got to play and have their faces painted by Miss Shannon, the girls' preschool teacher assistant. The girls loved having everyone there to celebrate their birthday. They had been to so many birthday parties, that now finally it was their turn.
My girls are getting so big, it's scarey. Regardless of thier age, though, they will always be my babies.
